Bizcochito en microondas a la taza / Microwave cake in a mug

Que pasa si te apetece algo dulce y no tienes nada en casa y tampoco puedes ir a comprarlo? Pues te puedes hacer un bizcochito a la taza!

What if you want something sweet and you have nothing in your house and you can't go to buy something? Then you can make a microwave cake in a mug!

Necesitaremos/We'll need:

2 cucharaditas de cacao en polvo / 2 teaspoons cocoa powder

1 huevo / 1 egg

3 cucharaditas de leche / 3 teaspoons milk

¼ de harina / Flour ¼

3 cucharaditas de azúcar / 3 teaspoons of sugar

3 cucharaditas de aceite de girasol / 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil

1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla / 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pizca de sal / 1 pinch of salt

Gotas de chocolate (opcional) / Chocolate chips (optional)

Como prepararlo?/How to prepare it?

Lo echamos todo en una taza de café bastante grande y mezclaremos al menos unos 5 minutos con la cucharadita que hemos utilizado para añadir los ingredientes, una vez esté la mezcla bien homogenea, podremos meterlo al microondas 2 minutos ala temperatura máxima. Si ves que parece que se va a salir de la taza no te preocupes porque es normal, y no se va a salir. Cuando terminen los 2 minutos lo sacaremos del microondas y lo pondremos en un plato, y si queremos le untamos chocolate o queso blanco. Hay que comérselo inmediatamente después de sacarlo del microondas, ya que si se deja reposar mucho tiempo, se secara y ya no estará tan bueno.

Throw everything into a pretty big coffee mug and mix it all at least 5 minutes with the teaspoon that  you used to add the ingredients, once the mixture is nice and smooth, put it in the microwave 2 minutes on the maximum temperature. If you see that the cake seems to go out of the cup do not worry because it's normal, and it won't go out. When the 2 minutes passed remove it from the microwave and put the cake on a plate, and if you want, you can spread some chocolate or white cheese cream. You have to eat it immediately after removing from the microwave, because if you leave it stand a long time then it will dry out.
